1. Household detergent to wash the clothes:

You will need the following products:

1 liter of used oil.
200 grams of caustic soda.
10 liters of water.
100 grams of lavender essential oil.
To prepare this homemade detergent, we'll do it in the following way:
You are looking for a ventilated place, away from children or pets. Wear plastic gloves and goggles.
We will begin by taking a bucket to put five liters of cold water on it.
Now it drops gradually caustic soda with care not to splash you. It uses a wooden stick to stir this mixture and avoid inhaling vapors given off.It is dangerous, please note that this mixture will start to heat up, and splash you, scald you.
Now pour the cooking oil used in the cube without stirring. When the mixture has been unified, also add lavender essential oil.
You have to be constant at the time of removal and, above all, patience. It is a long process that will occupy you somewhat more than half an hour, time in which, we must not remove our wooden stick. You'll see that, little by little, take consistency and, in the end, it is all unified and thick.
Now leave this homemade SOAP to rest a whole day. After 24 hours, add the remaining 5 liters of water and stir vigorously again. Once again, we will leave this mixture to rest.
Ideally, repeat this for 5 days. Removes every morning (does not need to add more water). you will see how will solidify, acquiring a consistency of SOAP very similar to where you buy in stores. After this time, you can pack it and use it. It is great.

2. Homemade Candles with used cooking oil:

You will need the following:
A nice jar that we serve as a vessel for candle.
A wire which will serve as a basis for the wick.
A cotton thread (its length should be about 4 inches higher than the height of the chosen bottle).
Used cooking oil, which fits into the chosen bottle.
2 Drops of essential oil of sandalwood.

How do we make it?

It is very simple. The first thing we are going to do is leave the cooking oil that we are going to use, at least for a night. The next day, we greet him. We will use a fabric, and thus obtain a more pure and without waste oil.
Now let's prepare the wick of the candle. With the wire we will make the base. What we seek is that cotton yarn could be held at the Center to keep the flame. To do this, get a small base by wrapping the wire and then engages in the cotton yarn (see image above).
Next? Leave this wire with the yarn of cotton in the center of the jar, then, pouring used cooking oil, carefully not to fill it completely. Finally add the drops of essential oil of sandalwood.
