Three chocolate cake

The cakes are most grateful pastries elements. They can be made without oven, apply for a special day, look much and kids eat without complaint. One of these cakes, suitable for all tastes, is three chocolate cake. Obviously, for who likes chocolate. If you don't like it, don't bother reading this recipe. 1-Three chocolate cake:

This is a very simple version which does not need oven, since the texture is obtained based on set. Of course, the better is the chocolate used, richer will be cake.

Ingredients:

For the base:

maria cookies 200 g
100 g butter

For filling of dark chocolate:

15 g of dark chocolate in pastry
200 ml of liquid cream
200 ml milk
1 on curd

For filling of milk chocolate:

150 g chocolate pudding desserts
200 ml of liquid cream
200 ml milk
1 envelope of curd

For white chocolate filling:

150 g white chocolate pastry
200 ml of liquid cream
200 ml milk
1 envelope of curd

Procedure:

Prepare the base. To do so, crush cookies with a food processor (or passing a roll of cookies stuffed in a plastic bag)
When they have acquired the texture of a fine powder, add 100 g of softened butter and lumpy.
It covers with this mass based on a detachable mold cake 20 cm, previously greased or lined with baking paper
Book in the fridge.
Separately, prepare the chocolate layer. Therefore heat 100 ml of milk and cream in a saucepan. In the 100 ml of milk, dissolve the envelope of curd monitoring there are no lumps.
Once the milk and cream are hot, add the dark chocolate into small pieces and stir with a stick until it dissolves well. Add the remaining milk with the dissolved curd and, while continuing to stir, bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes, watching not sticking. It is important to boil to make curd grip well.
Pour the cream of dark chocolate on top of the base and let stand to be taking shape.
It is prepared with milk chocolate coating. Therefore heat 100 ml of milk and cream in a saucepan. In the other 100 ml of milk, it dissolves curd envelope monitoring there are no lumps.
Once the milk and cream are hot, add chocolate milk into small pieces and stir with a stick until it dissolves well. Add the remaining milk with the dissolved curd and, while continuing to stir, bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes, watching not sticking. It is important to boil to make curd grip well.
You have to pour the chocolate cream with milk over the chocolate and let stand to be taking shape.
Prepare the white chocolate layer. To do this, in a saucepan heat cream and 100 ml of milk. In the other 100 ml of milk, dissolve the envelope of curd.
Once the milk and cream are hot, add the white chocolate into small pieces and stir with a stick until it dissolves well. Add the remaining milk with the dissolved curd and, while continuing to stir, bring to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes, watching not sticking. It is important to boil to make curd grip well.
Pour the cream of white chocolate on top of the chocolate with milk and let stand to be taking shape.
Leave a minimum of 6 hours in the refrigerator so it set perfectly.
Once cool, there are carefully unmold.
Later figurines of sugar, cream can be decorated with cocoa powder, chocolate, edible decorations, silver and gold, balls... All is well with this cake.
