3 very healthy and delicious desserts

Preparation:

low fat milk 12 cups
1/2 Cup of low fat milk
1 teaspoon lemon zest
3/4 Cup fresh or frozen blueberries at room temperature

Ingredients for coverage:

1/4 Cup of softened light cream cheese
2 tablespoons softened butter
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cup of sifted powdered sugar
2 tablespoons of lemon juice

Preparation of cupcakes:

Preheat oven to 350 °.
Prepare a mold for 12 cupcakes with Cup stock to put the dough.
You sift 1 1/2 cup flour. Add the sugar, baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt, sodium bicarbonate, melted butter and egg. Mix everything in the blender.

3 eggs
2 cups white granulated sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 cups peeled Zucchini grated (place Zucchini grated in a colander and press a little to remove the excess moisture before measuring)
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 Cup raisins

Procedure:

Preheat the oven to 200° and prepares a mould with butter or waxed paper.
In a medium bowl combine the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and yeast.
Add 3 eggs in mixer and beat at high speed until it froth. Decreases the speed and gradually add the sugar, vegetable oil, vanilla and lemon zest.
When you have a homogeneous mixture, Add flour mixture one third the time. Add Zucchini, chopped nuts and raisins.
Pour the mixture into the mould already prepared with butter or waxed paper.
