1- Improve circulation:

Egg, preferably organic
Fish
White meat
Nuts and dried fruits raw or toasted, but not fried nor salting

On the other hand, we will avoid or limit the consumption of these foods:

2- Regular bowel:

3- Circulatory infusions:

We must guard from inside and from outside, and for this reason we recommend taking every day teas that help improve blood circulation. We can choose, for example, the following medicinal plants:

A plant to improve the function of the liver: boldo, tooth of lion or thistle (caution in patients with significant hepatic problems).

A plant to improve the micro circulation: ginkgo biloba.

4- Cold water:

Cold water is the more immediate for circulation problems relief, provided we apply it in the right way.
In a moment in which we have no cold, we get wet legs with cold water. We can do it in the shower, the bath, a swimming pool, in the sea, with a hose, etc.
We'll keep a few minutes, if possible while we are on the move.
Then we dry our legs to make them warm and get the contrast of temperatures, which is actually the most healing.
If we have not yet got warm we will make any exercise or massage.

5- Moisturizer and massage:

6- Inverted posture:
