Uses of oats in the skin and hair

Oatmeal is one of more environmentally friendly products that exist, mainly for being cheap and by the many benefits we offer. Inclusive, for that same reason, it is very common to find items of beauty which is main base, but you can also prepare the following recipes.

1- Mask for skin with imperfections:

Mix 1/2 cup raw or Instant Oatmeal with enough water to form a paste. Let stand for 5 minutes before adding 2 or 3 drops of tea tree oil. Applied to the skin and leave to act for 5 to 10 minutes before rinsing with warm water. This mask removes dead skin and fight against the bacteria that cause acne breakouts, leaving soft and smooth texture that we love and we are looking for.

2- Dry Shampoo:

Using your blender, grinder of coffee or food processor, powder oats until it locks with a texture of dust or sand. Mix this powder with an equal measure of sodium bicarbonate. 3- Exfoliating Facial:

The texture of the oats make it the ideal ingredient for the basis of facial cleaning. Grind 2 tbsp. of oatmeal to a grainy consistency, and add 1 teaspoon of baking soda. It keeps the mixture in an airtight container. When you go it to use, take the amount of necessary oats with your hand or a spoon and mix it with a little water until you achieve a pasty texture. Gently rub into the skin of the face with a 60 seconds circular motion, then rinse with warm water.

4- Body scrub:

Combine 1/4 cup of flakes of oatmeal, 1 tablespoon of natural honey and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. If you like, you can add more oil until the consistency is most pleasing to you. When you list the mixture, rub it on your arms and legs. Then rinse with warm water. This scrub should be prepared just before use.

5- Soothing body:

For sunburn relief, even chicken pox or poison ivy try a poultice of oats. Cooking oatmeal with water and let stand until it is warm and the contact with the skin will not disturb. Applies a layer over a damp cloth and place the oats over the affected area. Let stand for 10 minutes before rinsing. You can then put a little light cream.

6- Rejuvenating face mask:
