We all have assigned a load of energy, which we must learn to use it positively and not to waste. Energies allow us to work with motivation, give us positive mind to cope with every day situations and allow you to make the most of every opportunity presented to us. We only have the power to dominate our energies and access them for use in our days. However, there are some internal and external agents that may interfere with our energy levels, causing a decrease in our motivation, our mood and our productivity.
The powers are key to achieve success and overcome each of the obstacles that stand in the way of us. All can renew every day these energies and make the most out our strengths, our talents, and everything that allows us to stand out as people afloat. Taking into account that each individual is endowed with power and that this is key to your personal and professional development, the great spiritual leader Dalai Lama has defined 10 "thieves of power" that all we need to know to get the domain of our energies and prevent that there are interference that prevent us from taking advantage of them.

1- Stay away from toxic people:

"Let go of people who only get to share complaints, problems, disastrous stories, fear and judgment of others. If someone searches for a boat to take their trash, try to not be in your mind".
We are all able to distinguish what are people who bring positive things in our lives and what are those who want us to stop and prevent that we make as we want.

2- Pay your bills on time:

There is nothing better for our peace of mind, that know that we do not owe anyone and nobody owes us anything.
"You pay your bills on time. At the same time cobra to who or choose to let it go, if it is impossible to charge you".
Be responsible for debts helps us to be reassured before others and ourselves. It is best to do all that we can get rid of the debt and not have to hide or be ashamed of not paying them.

3- Keep your promises:

"If you have not completed, ask yourself why you have resistance. You always have the right to change your mind, to apologize, to compensate, to re-negotiate and to offer another alternative to a promise not kept; Although not as usual. 4- Delegate what you don't want to do:

Both nature and our life has different rhythms in every day and every one of us must know how to react to this. Many times non-stop when we needed it can be a big mistake, and likewise, not acting when we can, can lead us to future regrets.

6- Boots, collects and organizes:

"Pulling, lifting and organizes, nothing takes you more energy than a messy and full of things from the past that you no longer need".
From physical to spiritual things, it is very important to throw away what we don't need, leaving behind everything that is happened and take only those things that allow us to organize ourselves to live the present well and fulfill our dreams in the future.

7- Take care of your health:

"It gives priority to your health, without the machinery of your body working to the maximum, you can not do much. You take some breaks".
No point in us having the best work, money and the best goods, if we do not enjoy good health and don't take care of our body. To enjoy life with the best energies, we must spend some well deserved time to our body to detoxify it, meditate, pamper us, feed us well, exercise, consult your doctor and do whatever it takes to be good health.

8- Face the difficult situations:

"He faces the toxic situations that you are tolerating, from rescue to a friend or a relative, to tolerate negative actions of a couple or a group; take the necessary action".
Face situations is the way to healthier take on things and keep them from turning into something worse. It is important to analyze and decide in time, postpone or ignore things we can generate stress, difficulty focusing, and more difficult to solve problems.

Although many are confident that nothing is impossible and that hope is the last thing you lose, sometimes life puts us in situations where we have to accept that we can't change things and that the only way will be to accept.
